MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENTS’ RE-CERTIFICATION

Or Call 617-787-7400 or 617-510-8191 to recertify

To maintain your status as a medical marijuana patient you need to make sure two (2) dates are always current. Otherwise you may face arrest if you are carrying more than one ounce of medical marijuana and either date is not current. Also, you will not be able to enter any medical marijuana dispensaries if either date is not current.

REGISTRATION DATE -The first date to keep current is the registration end date. The Month and day are on your patient ID. To update your information (e.g. change of address, new current ID, etc.) go to the Cannabis Control Commission patient login page (https://patient.massciportal.com/mmj-patient/signin). You may request a new card up to 60 days before the end date on your registration card.

The CCC takes about two (2) weeks to process your information and send your new card via regular mail. If you mailed your information to CCC because you did not have access to a computer or email you will have to call the CCC 774-415-0200 to renew.

CERTIFICATION DATE – The second date is the certification end date. This date may be found on the first screen of your CCC account. It usually is about a month before the end date on your registration card.

Review that screen and call us to get recertified over the phone.  617-787-7400 or 617-510-8191.  We recommend that you call about two (2) weeks before your certification end date. We send an email reminder to our patients about one month before your end date.

Patients from other establishments, please call us 617-787-7400 or 617-510-8191 and we can re-certify you by phone the same day.
