This facility is fantastic after trying to contact Canna Care docs two days in a row with no response and paying twice I decided switch. It was painless simple, cheaper, nicer and after sitting on hold for hours with Canna Care a true pleasure to speak to Whitney a real person who took care of me. I will never go anywhere else now. Thank you so much!!!
This will be my 3rd year with them today I have to renew my medical card with them at 4:30 but I have to tell ya I have no idea why people can ever say anything bad about them . They have always helped me out when ever I needed help . So I'm happy. Be calling u guys at 4:30. Oh yeah and I can do it over phone so that's a huge plus. So yesterday I did my appt 2 1/2 hours early and 5 mins later I'm done thank u can't wait to spend coupons the best time of year
Great staff very knowledgeable best place in Boston to get your medical card. I can't wait 3 more days for me to get it. They also have discounts for disability recipients and will recommend what to start off with. Nice customers nice environment very safe
On a Saturday I found THC and selected them as nearby, reasonable prices and good reviews. Made an appointment same day and showed up. Very basic waiting room, but clean and well run. Courteous and helpful staff answered my questions and medical interview was thoughtful and caring. Patient receptionist guided me through documentation and instructions for registration with State. Later had to call with question and got very good instructions. Thanks, THC, today I made it through the State registration process!! BTW, I'm not a relative or prior patient. I just wish more places were as professional as THC was.
I got my med card from the holistic center back in November, and it was a super easy process with them! I called, got a telehealth appointment that same day and was able to visit the dispensary afterwards with no issues. The receptionist was kind and answered the questions I had, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their card!
Been a patient for 4 years, got re-certified here this year after 3 years of Canna Care Docs visits and very pleased with the experience. Called the re-cert hotline and spoke with Jennifer, she helped me get a temporary card and re-registered with the state within 30 min
The staff here was great. The nurse was really knowledgeable and helpful. My appointment was over quickly and I felt very taken care of. Glad I chose to come here and I definitely recommend them :)
Dr Thomas was very kind and, above all else, understanding of my medical conditions. He helped me obtain a license both quickly and without hassle. If you’re in the greater Boston area then these are the guys you want helping you through the process.
This was the easiest thing ever! I was approved upon the telehealth visit and now im anxiously waiting on the email with my temporary card :) Super sweet staff, highly recommend!
I requested an appointment on line on Wednesday night for the next day and I got an email the next morning with an appointment.. Very helpful on the phone and in person. Made it really easy to understand the process
